432 MAIN STREET: Rent the whole house or various configurations. There is off street parking in back. Front entrance has a welcoming porch and leads to the second floor with two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a separate "vanity" room with a twin day bed, a sink and a vanity with mirror and Victorian settee. This room has a kitchenette with a smart TV behind the door. Great place to relax, unwind and share some space.
Downstairs has several options: a separate entrance in the back opens to the panelled bedroom with queen bed, large bath, sitting and eating area, cable tv, and kitchenette. This room can open to the master bedroom for a second bedroom that shares the bath. It can configure to include the living room with another tv, games, and cabinet full of wine and champagne glasses.
If just the master bedroom is reserved, it opens to the living room, dining room, kitchen with bath and enclosed breakfast porch. The kitchen is amply appointed with dishes and glasses for at least eight to sixteen people, servingware, pots, pans, microwave, blenders and standard condiments.
434 MAIN STREET: Feel right at home and entirely private on either the second or first floor of this 1890s home or rent the entire house. The Downstairs Suite enters from the front porch to the right into a roomy sun porch/kitchenette. This opens to dining and living room with a daybed/trundle, private master bedroom with queen bed and bedroom with double bed and bath. For a longer stay, add the spacious kitchen with a washer/dryer and you’re fully equipped to entertain or relax with all the conveniences of home.
Second Floor has a large bedroom with queen-sized bed and extra sink in the dressing closet. It adjoins the sunroom with a twin bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds, large closet. Separate kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee and tea makers. The hallway is roomy with table, seating and window seats. Large bathroom caters to "getting ready" with a vanity counter and large mirrors. Fresh linens, towels, hair dryers and toiletries are provided for all bathrooms.
All our properties have wifi, cable and air conditioning. Kitchenettes all supply coffee,tea, k-cup coffeemakers and kettles,toasters, microwaves, and refrigerators. Cots, pack ’n plays, and strollers are available for nominal fee. Our houses are child friendly with gates if needed. A new village playground borders our backyards.
