Renovations concluded in May, 2023 and everything in this house is new from bedding to the dock. The house is perfectly situated on the lake with an expansive lawn to the side. Sunsets delivered directly to your door!  The kitchen and deck invite entertaining possibilities with a fire pit to complete the evening. Very quiet and comfortable, this house is owned by Wells College and being that close to the college offers many amenities: golf course, tennis courts, fitness center and walking paths along the lake.
