This gracious village house, situated in the heart of Aurora, sleeps up to nine guests. The home includes four bedrooms and a sleeping porch, two full baths, and one half bath. The kitchen has all essential dinnerware and appliances., including a wine cooler. A large living room and dining room are perfect for family gatherings. The home also includes a fitness room and TV room. Temperature is controlled with a geothermal heating/cooling system that ensures consistent temperatures.

Outside, you'll find a sweeping front veranda, comfortable back patio, secluded gazebo, and spacious back yard. There's even an electric car charging station. The convenient location of our 366 Main Street home gives you ready access to downtown Aurora, the Inns of Aurora, the Spa, MacKenzie-Childs, Long Point Park, and Wells College. This family-friendly lake house, with and expansive backyard and convenient boat dock, sleeps up to 10 guests. All six bedrooms are upstairs: one queen bedroom, two double-bed bedrooms, two single-bed bedrooms, and on bedroom with two twin beds. One bathroom is upstairs and two are downstairs. A fully appointed kitchen has place settings for 12. Laundry facilities are included. A screened porch is adjacent to the kitchen, offering beautiful views of sunsets over the lake.

The property's large back yard and boat dock are two of its most appealing amenities. The back yard has a basketball court, swing set, picnic tables, patio, and grill. The dock is perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming.

Make the lake your living room at our freshly renovated lake house just around the corner from Long Point State Park. Sleeps six guests. This lake house has three bedrooms: a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The king bedroom has a full private bath. The other two bedrooms share a second bath. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all under a sweeping vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has place setting for up to eight guests. The living room opens to a covered deck directly over the water.

From the covered deck, you can step down to the lake house's large dock, which is perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming. And you're close to Long Point State Park, with it's beautiful beach, modern playground, and convenient boat launch.

Our luxurious village townhouse at 16 Cherry Avenue is one of Aurora's oldest houses. Originally known as the Lucy Bowness House, it's been meticulously remodeld for comfort and convenience. The townhouse designed to sleep up to five guests. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, a queen bedroom and a queen and twin bedroom, with a common full bath. (An EZ bed is available to accommodate a sixth guest if needed.) A second full bath and laundry facilities are downstairs. A spacious living room, adjacent sitting room and fully-appointed, farm-style kitchen are also downstairs. This beautiful townhouse is just two doors down from Aurora's Main Street, on a charming, quiet back street. It's the perfect location of living like a local in Aurora.

This spacious, charming house in the heart of Aurora village sleeps up to 11 guests. The first floor has master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a day bed/trundle. The second floor has a king bedroom with an adjacent twin bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin bedrooms. A kitchenette and sitting area is also located upstairs.

All rooms are large and airy with ceiling fans in most. The kitchen is well-appointed, with a dishwasher and adjacent clothes washer and and dryer. Baths have soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, irons and ironing boards. The large upstairs bathroom is perfect for preparing for weddings. A powder room is in the downstairs hall. A large sun-room includes a small fridge, microwave, and coffee makers. The Village Playground for young kids is located behind the house. Off -street parking for four cars and 2 in front of house.

The first floor has master suite with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, and separate entrance. A kitchen and full bathroom are also located downstairs. The second floor has two queen bedrooms, and a vanity room with a twin bed and couch. The vanity room includes plenty of amenities, such as a fridge, microwave, smart TV, sink, and vanity. The house also has a screen breakfast porch and a patio with patio set and grill. The house is centrally air conditioned.

This guest house offers you easy access to the village park and Lake Cayuga. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, walking along the beach, and hiking and biking. The guest house is also minutes away from Wells College, where you can enjoy a round of golf or play a few games of tennis.
